1. About SignFlow

SignFlow is a browser-based PDF signature tool operated by an individual developer based in Belgium. It allows users to sign PDF documents online without installation.

2. Service Terms

• Free accounts may download up to 3 signed PDFs per month.
• Pro accounts have unlimited downloads.
• You may not use SignFlow for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days.

4. Privacy & Data

• We collect your email address and usage data to operate the service.
• PDF documents you upload are stored temporarily and encrypted with AES-256.
• Shared session documents are automatically deleted after 14 days.
• Phone-uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• Analytics are handled by Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — you can opt out via browser settings.

5. GDPR (EU Users)

As a Belgian-based service, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to processing of your data

6. eIDAS Compliance

SignFlow generates Simple Electronic Signatures (SES) as defined under EU Regulation No 910/2014 (eIDAS). These are legally valid for many document types in the EU. For documents requiring Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES), please consult a qualified trust service provider.
